Mechanical system:

2.Heating zones is hot air convection. Temperature can be controlled separately and
adjustable from room temperature to 350 Celsius degree with high precision and stability,
which is well meet lead-free soldering technique.
3.Optimized altering speed hot air convection structure make the good hot air even. Circuit components can be evenly heated without position shift.
4.The unique convection structure can decrease the adjacent heating zone’s blending temperature effectively to bring more soldering effect.
5.Filling Nitrogen structure has good seal effect. Low Nitrogen consumption in unit time, O2
consistence is under 500PPM. Every zone’s N2 flow can be controlled separately
6.Chamber structure uses stainless iron material, which can bear high temperature
