Mechanical system :
1.The machine is module-designed with solid structure, user-friendly shape. All doors can be opened, which is convenient for repairing and maintaining. Plastic-spraying process is used on the machine surface, making it’s durable, not changing color and paint-lasting.
2.Heating zones is hot air convection. Temperature can be controlled separately and adjustable from room temperature to 350 Celsius degree with high precision and stability, which is well meet lead-free soldering technique.
3.Optimized altering speed hot air convection structure make the good hot air even. Circuit components can be evenly heated without position shift.
4.The unique convection structure can decrease the adjacent heating zone’s blending temperature effectively to bring more soldering effect.
5.Filling Nitrogen structure has good seal effect. Low Nitrogen consumption in unit time, O2 consistence is under 500PPM. Every zone’s N2 flow can be controlled separately
6.High quality motor has high speed, stability and air quantity, which leads to more effective heating.
7.The stove cover is opened or closed with motor-driven screw, which is more convenient and safe.
8.Enhanced cooling zone design. Up and down cooling zone use forced cooling without condensation water. The PCB outlet temperature is less than 60 Celsius degree.
